By accessing or using the EdCon platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the platform on behalf of a school or institution, you represent that you have the authority to bind that institution to these terms.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Any activity occurring under your account is your responsibility. You must notify your school administrator immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You agree NOT to use EdCon for:
Platform: All rights, title, and interest in the EdCon platform (software, design, and branding) remain the property of EdCon Technologies.
User Content: Students and teachers retain ownership of the original content they create (e.g., essays, lesson plans). However, by uploading content, you grant the school and EdCon the right to host and display that content for educational purposes.
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, EdCon is provided "as is." We are not liable for disruptions caused by local network issues, power outages, or maintenance. Our hybrid system is designed to mitigate these risks by allowing offline access.
EdCon Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform. The school is responsible for the accuracy of academic records and the conduct of its users.
Schools may terminate their subscription according to their service agreement. EdCon reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms to protect the safety and integrity of the platform.
We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated to school administrators, who are responsible for notifying their staff and students.
